Own a 2nd gen Dodge Ram (1994–2002)? Then you’ve likely seen the dashboard fall apart. Chrysler’s weak thermoplastic didn’t last, creating cracks and safety risks. We partnered with 3D scanning and injection molding pros to rebuild these dashes from scratch. The 98–02 models are done, and 94–97 are in production. Skip the salvage yard — you deserve better.

Attention all 2nd gen owners, we are pleased to make available for sale for the first time, exclusively from DRT Parts, our 2nd generation Dodge Ram lower dash frame assembly, also known as a dash core or chassis. Over the last 10-15 years, owners of 1994-2002 Ram 1500 2500 and 3500 Dodge Ram pickups had to deal with their dashboards completely disintegrating before their eyes due to an inferior thermoplastic Chrysler initially used.

We have developed a custom billet thermostat housing for the Dodge Ram 2500-3500 V10 (fits years 94- 02 of production) This kit is designed to replace the failure-prone discontinued OEM plastic housing. The new housing will come with all fittings, hardware, and a new gasket to make installation easy. This thermostat housing was designed around the original dimensions so it is a direct replacement for the original.
